Ok, so, I was just laughing out loud (again) because of this bell necklace I found over at MoMAstore. They suggest this as a potential mothers day gift. Let me tell you, no swiss mother, in her right mind would wear this. You might as well just give her a cowbell. Hysterical. (Yes, cows REALLY do wear bells in Switzerland.)

When it comes to children’s toothbrushes, drugstore shelves seem stocked with characters from comic books, tv and Disney movies. Thankfully, Recycline has teamed up with the National Wildlife Federation to produce a toothbrush that promotes good oral care, teaches about endangered species and raises recycling awareness. The toothbrush is made from recycled materials (primarily Stonyfield Farm yogurt containers) and is fully recyclable – a postage-paid label is included with every purchase.

Topoware is a tableware collection that questions the landscape of dining. Taking inspiration from the recent popularity of geography as a media of communication (with Google maps) and more specifically with topographic maps, which define heights of a landscape two dimensionally, Topoware in turn, “outlines” the dining experience. Made up of cups, plates, bowls, placemats and a tablecloth, the collection explores the visual and social landscape of dining by using outlines and descriptions to describe, question and push our eating experience, making it really feel like a journey.
