I am debating a very cool new office space which has only one big downside: poor phone reception. I am wondering: Do Cellular Repeaters work?

Gizmodo had good things to say about them:

I don’t know about these particular repeaters, but in 2 different cases I’ve seen them make a HUGE difference. Once inside a datacenter and another inside a residence. The datacenter was a 100% dead concrete box before the repeater was installed.
In both cases, the signal strength outside the buildings was good enough to make a call.
Good luck!

I got this one and it works great and was so easy to set up:

Quite curious to hear how this works out for you as I’ve been thinking of the same thing.

I have one that seems to work okay. My office is a total deadzone, but the repeater seems to cut through the interference.
