I don’t know how he does it, but Nicholas raised the bar again: the Feltron 2009 Annual report is out. To order a print edition of the 2009 report, click here. Hat tip off to Nicholas!

Thanks Tina for the tip. I have a collection of them in my desk. Great sources of inspiration for information design.

I got through but the website is veeeeeeery slow. Maybe it’s getting more traffic than it can handle?

Am I the only one who finds this kind of depressing?
Spending so much time and energy to record the everyday minutiae of a life instead of just. simply. living it! It reminds me of a viral photo of a concert from a few years back where everyone in the audience holding up cameras and taking pictures, instead of just being in the moment. Recording life, instead of living it. I’m sure Nicholas is a great guy (and obviously extremely talented, it’s impeccably designed) but to me this just feels wrong.

I dont disagree with you ck. But after seeing Nick present at PSFK NY yesterday, I realized that he described the project with tongue firmly in cheek that it was an experiment and that he was, by self admission, capturing too much data.
he laughed, which gave the audience permission to laugh – then we all sat back and enjoyed the moment…
