I guess that’s what I’m aiming for with the yoga, meditation, CBT and decluttering I do – thinking that is full of beauty and compassion and creativity, that strives for the best but cuts everyone (myself included) a lot of slack as well…

Its root is greek and in the greek language it means having the favour of someone from the two words eu (sounds like eev=good) and nous (mind)
