Thank you so much for sharing this. It’s a great speech, very deep, it makes you think, and it makes you do something. Try very hard to “tread softly” on anybody’s dream. Robert M. Pirsig in his book “Zen & the art of motorcycle maintenance” reasoned about the education problem, about somebode’s wishes and talents, about universities, it was practically 40 years ago, but we still discuss the same problem, we even use the same words, I think.
