Reading Bari Tessler’s The Art of Money a few years ago helped my relationship with money, shifting from a “I have no idea where that paycheck went” to values-based spending. It’s a good guide to figuring out what lessons you’ve learned about money and how to shed the ones that aren’t serving you.
