I don’t think Sir Winston Churchill had anything to do with these statements. They are a contemporary recasting of Rudyard Kipling’s noted poem “If”. It’s a lovely film but I wonder where the notion came from these are Churchill’s words. The internet’s quoting habits are going to cause future historians some scholarly headaches.
