I remember seeing a small snippet of his work on an episode of ‘Comedians in cars getting coffee’ with Jerry Seinfeld. It’s great to hear him talk in more depth about it. I loved the line about being sent to his room as a kid, and it being heaven to him.
I’ve had a longing to paint big canvases. I think there’s something compelling about getting out of your head, and having that physical expression of what you see, through your body in the big movements. Maybe it’s time to find some space. Memento Mori.
